'The Happy Robot' prologue

2005. Adobe After Effects, Adobe PhotoshopD.
Total run time: 1:24

Elsewhere I chronicle the process behind, and show my digital illustrations from The Happy Robot, a story I wrote based on Oscar Wilde‘s The Happy Prince. Once the illustrations were completed, I started working on an animated version of the story using Adobe After Effects. I managed to complete just the opening sequence, although truthfully, I don't know when and if I‘ll have time to go any further. I voice the narration (I hate the sound of my own voice, but I know that‘s not uncommon). The music is by Loreena McKennitt (used without permission, so I am prepared to pull this down if asked).
