Fans of The Lord of the Rings will recognize the Argonath, the giant statues of the ancient kings Isildur and Anárion that flank the River Anduin where it enters Gondor (see below). Rachel watched The Fellowship of the Ring with me, then did this drawing for me as a birthday present.
