he next day Steven came to a small village where he met a minstrel. Steven sat a listened as the minstrel played his lute and sang his wonderful songs. Finally the minstrel asked about Steven’s journey. “I am bringing this necklace to the princess, for surely it is the most precious and unique gift.”
