Apollo 2001 is my homage to the space program and the science fiction shows/movies I watched as a kid: Lost In Space, U.F.O., Space 1999, Star Wars, 2001, and of course, Star Trek. I built all of the 3-D models from scratch (including surfaces), created the animations, edited the clips, added sound effects and music, etc. It was truly a labor of love. Most of the voices, and some of the music and sound effects were stolen from Apollo 13 a more contemporary film, but another favorite none the less. I realize I'm stepping on all sorts of copyrights here; hopefully the rights holders will see this as a loving tribute, and not plagiarism.
