The Georgian style is one of several variations on the Colonial style (others include Federal and Dutch Colonial). It's essentially a fancier, more elaborate version of the Federal style, popular in the South.

I realized later that I had comminted a bit of an engineering faux pax when I drew this; can you spot it?
