In honor of my dad's retirement in 2007, my mom suggested that I hand-out copies of the baseball cards I was making. I decided to go a step further and create additional cards of just my father—eight in all ('47, '53, '56, '60, '65, '77, '87, '06. On the backs were factoids and anecdotes about his life. These we gave out as party favors.

The designs of the cards are based on actual card styles from the corresponding time periods.
