Bobbleheads Baseball Cards

In 2002 my daughter Rachel played T-ball for the first time. The manager of the team was a friend of mine (and a member of my softball team). I was already making cards for our softball team so making a set for the T-ball team seemed like a logical thing to do. The kids loved them. One boy, on seeing the results exclaimed excitedly "I'm on a baseball card!"

The name of the team was the manager's idea; it was inspired by the sight of the little kids running around with giant batting helmets.
