This is one of a series I did entitled American Entitlement, which explores the notion that American culture perpetuates the myth that we are all entitled to things that would otherwise be considered luxuries: wealth, status, perfect bodies, gas-guzzling cars, big houses, and all of the natural resources we can get our hands on. Coupled with this is a complete disregard for the needs/desires of others.
