Once the first page is built, the rest is easy (relatively speaking). For each page, create a new page based on the first. If you created a template, you can simply open a new page based on the template. Otherwise you can re-save your first page with a new name, then change the content that needs to be changed (leaving persistent elements like banners intact). Make sure you update the navigation sections too to reflect the page you are building (you may need to change the indicating of the "current" page and/or add/subtract entire secondary navigation menus).
Make sure you don't overwrite existing pages by mistake! Always save as a new name first, before you start changing content on the page.
As you work, periodically test your site: try your links and make sure they are all going to the right places. Make sure the content is correct for the page in question.
